There's definitely something going on between them. Oh and in Chapter 24 of my story Rebecca kisses Shaun on the cheek (just on the cheek 'cause he has had flu)

Well it's not exactly about them. It's a what-if sequel of AC3 in which Desmond survives, and there are some scenes from Shaun's POV - and also an ancestor for Shaun.
